Okay, so I am starting ANOTHER blog. This one is a personal blog to help me document my progress to a healthier life! I'm getting ready to start. Today I purchased INSANITY! I must patiently wait the 3 to 5 days for it to arrive. I'll use this time to mentally prepare. I've never hated working out per se, but I struggle to get to the gym. I teach Kindergarten and am so passionate about it. I spend most of my free time creating or planning for my wonderful kiddos or spending time with my equally wonderful boyfriend. I do hate the time I feel I waste, but I need to change my mindset of it being a waste of time....it is not wasted time if I am improving my health. I usually go to scahool at about 6 to 6:30 am everyday. So, it's hard to get to the gym before school when I'm waking up so early and by the end of the day I'm tired and ready to prepare things for my kindergarten kiddos. I hope to be able to pop insanity in before I head to school in the morning! I'm ready to get started!!!
I hoping this blog will help me stay motivated and share my successes!
My goals are:
1. To be healthy
2. To feel confident in my body
3. To look good....REAL GOOD.
4. To have my clothes fit me better!
